How We Work
Every contract starts with a site walkthrough. We record the building, map the access requirements, identify the surface types and note any scope items that need special handling. That walkthrough produces the written scope — the document that specifies what gets cleaned, at what frequency, with what products.
You sign the scope before the first clean. Your crew works to it. If something is not in the scope, it goes to a change order — not to a conversation at midnight when the crew finishes.
