Office Hours
Our office is staffed Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm. We do not take calls after 5pm. If you reach voicemail, leave your name, facility type, approximate square footage and a callback number. We return all messages the next business morning.
What to Have Ready
A first call goes faster if you have these available:
- Approximate square footage of the space to be cleaned
- Type of facility (office, medical, retail, warehouse with office, etc.)
- Cleaning frequency you are looking for (nightly, 3x week, weekly)
- Whether you need floor care, restroom programs or nightly cleaning, or some combination
- Access and security requirements (key, code, after-hours badge, alarm notification)
None of that is required to start. We will collect what we need on the call.
