What We Need from You
Floor work requires clear access — furniture moved or movable, no active staff, and confirmed security access for after-hours work. We coordinate scheduling with your facilities team so floor nights do not conflict with late meetings or early morning deliveries.
We carry our own equipment. Heavy floor machines, swing machines, auto-scrubbers and wet-dry vacs are on our trucks. You do not need to provide anything other than access and a working water source.
